It is a great platform that is highly flexible. We would be able to design application forms that are specific to community grants and establish automated processes of reviewing and approvals. It is very user friendly, everything is on one dashboard. The grant function allows you to track the progress of each user, find all their uploaded documents in one place. Assessments of grants are very easy and you can invite guest users to view folders only and score grants. It is very customisable and easy to notify each grantee of whether they are successful. The download function makes it easy to run reports and track all phases of your grants in one place. The customer services is always really quick, the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly.

It way very easy to set up and implement the platform and any new features added to the platform are clearly listed on their page. We use this platform regularly during our recruitment campaign to devise application reports and throughout the interviewing processes including the various rounds of interviews. One limit would be when we use the phases, we use it to assess language fluency by using the video recording feature and video playback features. It would be better if the video recording feature started automatically after they watch a video with the assessment as it gives them a lot of time to prepare their answer in it's current state.

Only a small thing, but it would be great if the administrator could have admin rights to change users back and forth themselves from "team member" to "external reviewer" as sometimes we need an external reviewer to complete the "office only form" and they current way is to email customer service to change back and forth. The most helpful things about Submit.com is the customer service! Anytime I had any questions or maybe did something incorrect on the settings, the submit team would get back to me very quickly. I have also really enjoyed the structure of how to view the forms, applications, and judging side of our Awards/Honors. Additionally, the platform V2 version has been very easy to navigate. Previously, with the V1 version there was some difficulties when it came to accessibility and ease of the different functions as well as the judging application reviews. However, Submit.com took all the suggestions to improve and did that with V2. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I adore personally about Submit.com is that they condense our whole process into one. It's very handy in regards to streamlining reviews, applications, and communication all into one spot. Honestly, there's not a lot to dislike. The platform is amazingly powerful and has a lot of bells and whistles, so the initial setup of a brand-new, complicated program can be a bit time-consuming. What I really appreciate about Submit.com is how flexible it is. We looked at Submittable and GoodGrants before choosing, and while they each have strengths, Submit.com gave us more control over how we build and run our process. The interface is straightforward once you get used to it, and we’ve been able to customize pretty much every step—from application forms to reviewer workflows - without needing a developer. Their support team is also genuinely helpful and responsive, not just during onboarding but whenever we hit a snag. The setup phase took a bit more effort than I expected. It’s not hard, but there’s a learning curve, especially if you're building something complex. That said, once it's in place, it's smooth sailing. I’d rather spend the time upfront getting things right than run into limits down the line like we did with other platforms. The accessibility of Submit is my favorite thing about the platform. New features are easy to set up and implement the site can handle the frequency in which we use it as well. As a grant making organization it is imperative that we use an interface that can be manageable for the grant manager, applicant, and reviewers alike.
