What do you like best about Sublime Email Security Platform?

Of the tools that I've used, Sublime requires the least amount of ongoing day to day management or tweaking. It also has the lowest rate of false positives I've used in my career. The ROI on having Sublime is near immediate to show, and our employees immediately noticed a difference when it was integrated.

Having ADE's auto evaluation of specific emails has also been immensely helpful in providing more context to reduce the amount of toil a security team has in manually reviewing every user report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sublime Email Security Platform?

We haven’t run into many issues with false positives, and there aren’t a lot of edge cases that feel like they need major improvement. That said, some UI elements can be a bit hard to locate if you’re not using the tool every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sublime Email Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We receive a significant number of targeted phishing and spearphishing emails across the organization, with executives and our finance teams being hit especially hard. Having the identification, classification, and remediation of malicious emails handled automatically frees up our security team to focus on other important tasks.
