For design and production this is particularly useful as it is helpful to see the product visually. I also really love all the filters, it makes it really easy to keep on track with your workflow and what needs to be chased from our team members or suppliers. I love how many different workflow tabs and information can be stored, it really makes it easy to keep all the information in one program. **What do you dislike about Style Arcade?** Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy, and take a while to load. Usually the customer service team is very helpful and responsive, but I do find it can take a few minutes to load every day. **What problems is Style Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Style arcade makes it really easy for us to track all our product in the one place. It is particularly useful because we have thousands of skus we need to keep track of. ### 2. As a team we live inside Range Planning - where my team can easily view what’s coming to make the right choices on what to create content for and when to push products, along with being able to measure out input through reporting. It’s truly created such a mindset shift to encourage our team to access and analyse the information required for their roles. **What do you dislike about Style Arcade?** Nothing springs to mind, except for limitations based on our own set up. There is a lot of manual work arounds… **What problems is Style Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Opening up teams capacity to access and analyse product information. Previously few had access to our OtB meaning any questions on upcoming product releases were filtered through to our buying and merch team. The platform’s intuitive design makes it simple to visually view and understand the performance of our range. With its range of features, tracking key metrics is straightforward, providing clear insights into what’s working and where we can improve. The ease of integration with our systems has streamlined our processes, and the customer support is responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. I use it frequently, and it’s become an essential tool for making informed decisions. **What do you dislike about Style Arcade?** The only small downside I’ve encountered with Style Arcade is that the verification code can sometimes take a little longer to be sent through, which can slightly delay the login process. However, this is a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great platform. **What problems is Style Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Style Arcade is solving the problem of inefficient range management and performance tracking. Prior to using the platform, we struggled to quickly analyze and understand how our styles were performing, which made it harder to make data-driven decisions. Style Arcade simplifies this by visually displaying key performance metrics, making it easy to see what’s working and what needs attention. PSR used to be a chore, but with all the roll ups, its made it an absolute breeze. Range planning is really handy because we can let the CX team know what products are launching when, and having a visual representation of the range has been incredible in deciding colour ups and missing silhouettes. Everytime we've had any confusions, the team has been super helpful in sorting it out for us and supporting us with any additions. We have been using Style Arcade every single day with a variety of uses. **What do you dislike about Style Arcade?** The integration from Shopify to Style Arcade has a couple glitches sometimes once returns and exchanges are processed which leads to minor errors in reporting. **What problems is Style Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of reporting chunky data sets, visual representation of the range with budget allocations including RRP & cost spends along with speedy tracking of what sizes/colour are perfroming best. Weekly, monthly and season reporting has become much easier. ### 5. Additionally, the option to review the roll ups tab to review numbers and ability to be very dynamic and custom is a big plus. I like how its quite fast at loading since I use this almost daily in my working week, and there's not a lot of loading time. Exporting is also very useful. **What do you dislike about Style Arcade?** When reviewing in the products tab, I don't like that if I decide to toggle to the rollups tag, the filters don't carry over here. I would like the option to either do that so I do not have to set it up again if I'm utilising the product feature and want the metrics to carry over if I choose to select it. **What problems is Style Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to analyse products inconjuction with an actual image of the sku without having to manually generate and pull together the information from multiple sources.
