Studylog is, in my view, the best software available for managing in vivo experiments. I reviewed about half a dozen of them, and none of them came close to Studylog unless you want to pay $100K and spend 6 months in custom programming. The learning curve for navigating it easily across different types of experiments takes time. The software is not always intuitive to work with.
