The way the AI assistant gets reviews is honestly brilliant. I don't have a Google Business profile since I'm independent, but I gave it my Trustpilot link and it naturally asks clients for reviews during normal conversations. Not in some robotic "please leave a 5-star review" way - it's actually conversational and feels genuine. My Trustpilot went from like 3 reviews to over 30 in a few months.
