Esko Studio is really easy to use in the adobe illustrator. Installtion is handy, not to do much struggle. It's really helpful and save a lot of time, and I mostly use this for designing the packing.

Although their customer support are available for help, but I did not require as everythings is pretty much fine with studio. Integration is pretty much smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
