What do you like best about Student Loan Servicing System?

I really like that the app is not complicated, whatsoever. It is easy to navigate, and it’s easy to find a number to call if you need customer service assistance. The site has not changed much over the years, so it has been pretty easy for me to consistently navigate the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Student Loan Servicing System?

I don’t like that the software is sometimes slow and glitchy. Additionally, sometimes it won’t remember my username when I go to login. I feel that re-logging in each time can be a waste of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
