What do you like best about Strukt.ai?
I love how the bot works without the need to ping it or prompt it or whatever once you added it in your channels. We use it in Slack and Linear. With the other tools I always forgot to do it and then had to update my tasks manually. Now Strukt does this for me and the AI ticket enricher works awesome.
As an added bonus - the UI is really slick and fast to integrate, really quick to onboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Strukt.ai?
