What I like best about Stroke & TBI Al is its speed and life-saving triage capability. In stroke, time is brain. The Al detects early signs of infarct, hemorrhage, and large vessel occlusion (LVO) within 2-3 minutes and instantly alerts the stroke team. It automatically calculates ASPECTS score and detects midline shift / bleed volume in TBI cases. This rapid, accurate prioritization in ER helps us to start thrombolysis/thrombectomy faster and significantly improves patient outcomes. It is highly sensitive for critical findings that can be easily missed during busy night shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, very little to dislike, but sometimes it gives false positives for old infarcts / encephalomalacia as acute infarct, and chronic calcifications as hemorrhage. In severe motion artifacts or post-operative cases with metal implants, its accuracy drops. Also, it needs good quality CT images - low-dose scans can affect performance. But these are common limitations for any Al tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
