This feature has alerted us in time about an ownership shift with an organic grain supplier, helping us avoid mistakes before renewing our contracts. As our Wisconsin food production team has no in-house IT, these real-time risk updates significantly cut down manual research, safeguarding our food supply and order commitments. Strise’s false positive rate is higher for small-scale ingredient suppliers, which means we spend extra time dismissing irrelevant alerts. Also, its audit report templates lack important food-safety fields, making it harder to streamline supplier due diligence. Customizing risk scoring rules requires support tickets, which is less convenient given that we have no dedicated IT team.
