What do you like best about Stripe Payments?

I really appreciate how Stripe Payments makes it so simple to set up my profile, track payments, and manage tax information. The preset reporting mechanisms are a huge help; they make it easy for me to find the information I need for taxes and monthly reports. I love that Stripe Payments is a one-stop shop, making it easy to connect to my website and put all my information in. I use Stripe Payments with my Squarespace account for two different websites, and I love it because the integration works smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stripe Payments?

Sometimes I have a hard time finding the right words to use if I'm trying to search and look for something. The other thing I found that was a little bit frustrating is sometimes I just don't understand why I can't find what I need and to contact someone in customer service is a little bit more cumbersome than I'd like it to be. I'm of the ideology that if I can click the speak with a representative much sooner rather than later, that's what I would wanna do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
