What do you like best about Stripe Connect?

We've used Stripe for a few years now as a payment gateway and processing payouts to our merchants.

I use Stripe daily, and I like how straightforward Stripe Connect is, from creating an account to processing payouts, managing connected accounts, disputes and pulling all the different reports for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stripe Connect?

There's one thing I would say it can be improved.

When an account gets restricted in Stripe, we need to be notified in a timely manner so we can work on re-enabling their payouts. There's a tab called Restricted Soon, where you can review the accounts and provide the required information. Sometimes this step is skipped, and the accounts get restricted without showing as ''restricted soon'' accounts.

When this happens, it causes payment delays to our merchant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stripe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are a few things I would like to mention here:

- Stripe helps us process thousands of transactions monthly by providing real-time updates and statuses for each payout.

- We have implemented Instant Payouts lately, where the integration process was pretty smooth. This helped us provide more payment options to our merchants and be able to pay them instantly.

- Stripe helps us handle and manage disputes.

- Stripe helps us identify any fraudulent activity, and we can block or allow a particular customer if needed.

- For finance and accounting purposes, we use different reports, such as transfer & transfer reversal reports, dispute and dispute reversal reports, balance history, fees, connected accounts reports etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
