Streams has been a high-value tool for our team. It offers a full feature set for IP-based telephone systems that fits our remote office workflow well. We have the flexibility to adjust call sequences, call trees, and routing, and the customer service team is responsive and able to help us get answers promptly.
Pricing has saved us significantly compared to other providers, and overall performance has been reliable. The mobile app still has occasional issues on iOS, but it does allow us to answer calls when needed. I do wish the transfer buttons were more straightforward and clearer, but overall it meets our needs and provides the telephone service we rely on for a widespread team, especially with the variety of call trees and other sequences we use at different times in our organization's efforts.
We don't currenently use any advanced integrations or intelligence features yet, but have been pleased with the overall basic features at a very accessible price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Streams can be a bit cumbersome in setup, but it does have the setup possibilities and capacities to allow you to do what you need to do. Also, the customer service is excellent, if you're stuck. Also, we've had mixed results using the mobile app on iOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
