"Streamline AI: Fast Deployment, Flexible Legal Workflows, and Outstanding Customer Success"

What do you like best about Streamline AI?

Streamline AI was remarkably easy to deploy and configure. Instead of a lengthy implementation process, we were able to build workflows, forms, and integrations and begin using the platform within a month or two. The Customer Success team, particularly Sophia and Forrest, have been outstanding partners throughout the rollout. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

I like that Streamline AI is flexible enough to support a range of legal functions like employment, privacy, etc., rather than just contracts. Having a single platform that provides visibility into legal workflows for the wider business is a game changer; but I also appreciate the permission settings, which allow our attorneys to collaborate directly on sensitive matters while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and access controls.

The integrations have also been very valuable. Streamline works well with SharePoint, DocuSign, email intake, and other tools we already use, making the contract lifecycle management process more efficient and reducing the need to switch between systems.

I also understand that Streamline was founded and designed by people who deeply understand the realities of in-house legal work. Features such as automated intake, routing, status tracking, reporting, approval workflows, and no-code customization directly address common pain points for legal teams. The platform is also evolving quickly, with regular enhancements and new functionality that demonstrate a strong commitment to innovation and customer feedback.

Overall, Streamline AI has helped us improve visibility and efficiency across our Legal team so we can continue to be supportive business partners for our organisation. The automated workflow intake feature alone saves loads of valuable time our attorneys or a legal operations / contract manager would have needed to spend acknowledging receipt, delegating out the work, asking information from the business regarding their request, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streamline AI?

Streamline has been a wonderful tool so far so I don't have a lot of critiques or negative feedback to share:

Streamline provides helpful pre-built templates and workflows, but of course there is still time needed to be spent tailoring them to fit our organization's processes and requirements. It would be great to see more AI-powered functionality that could help generate or recommend workflows and forms, reducing some of the upfront configuration effort.

We encountered a few bugs and integration challenges along the way, but the Streamline team was consistently responsive and worked closely with us to resolve issues quickly.

Like any workflow platform, the reporting and dashboard features depend on users keeping matters and statuses up to date. This is not unique to Streamline, but adoption and ongoing engagement are important to getting the most value from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Streamline AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit has been the added visibility and transparency over work matters. Teams can submit requests easily, we can quickly see where everything stands, and we can stay up to date without having to dig through different channels. Streamline AI has helped us bring requests, approvals, workflows, and collaboration into one place. Before Streamline, our work was scattered across emails, chats, documents, and multiple systems, so the platform has made it much easier to keep everything aligned.
