What do you like best about StreamingChurch.tv?

Customer Service is amazing! Every time we have an issue with our streaming (which is honestly been about 2 times in the 4+ years we've used them), the team is quick to find solutions. They have helped us figure out what works best for our situation and haven't upsold or done anything to make an extra buck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StreamingChurch.tv?

Things can look a bit dated. Depending on what platform you're using to live stream, sometimes the chat doesn't work out the best. However, recently they've made many updates that give it a more modern feel. I'm glad to know that they are aware of this and making moves to improve the overall look and feel of their products. Recommendations to others considering StreamingChurch.tv:

One great thing is that it comes with a free app. The app doesn't do a ton, but it gets us exactly what we need in the present... and did I mention it's free with the service? What problems is StreamingChurch.tv solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to give a dependable live stream service to our member and others connected to our church when they are not able to be here in person. Before signing up with StreamingChurch.tv, we honestly had absolutely no idea what we doing in regards to a live stream.
