What do you like best about StratPlan?

Lean, clean, and efficient. Great at leading the process. I also believe offering it as a residual income product for companies that choose to manage their own plans is disruptive and unique. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StratPlan?

It needs a built-in calendar and email which syncs with either Google or Office, with an icon for both on every page. It also needs a calculator :)

The pricing structure is good, however, I would encourage looking into developing a Value Priced equation calculator based on business or project projected/actual revenue after the initial StratPlan is finished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering StratPlan:

Combining this model with a software solution is great for SME, yet enables you to be the ongoing task/project manager working alongside the business management and implementation teams, increasing your value offerings.

What problems is StratPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Working with a medical office to strategize a marketing plan and recover from PR damage done by the last Doctor. Capturing new markets, increasing incentives for existing patients, and budget.
