I really appreciate the all-in-one remote management dashboard of Stratodesk NoTouch. With our devices spread across the ranch, we don't have to travel for maintenance anymore. Our IT team can push updates, adjust permissions, and resolve issues remotely for all endpoints from one console, saving a lot of time and improving efficiency. I also find the strict endpoint security features very reassuring, as they protect sensitive client data and keep us compliant with German data protection laws. Another thing I like is how well it works with our existing older hardware, helping us cut costs by repurposing legacy devices into stable thin clients. The system runs smoothly on these devices without lagging when accessing our CRM or operational forms. Plus, its simple and reliable operation is a standout feature, allowing staff, even those with limited tech skills, to perform daily tasks without confusion while maintaining consistent performance. First, its native compatibility with some regional German business applications is limited. We use a few local industry tools for agricultural inventory tracking and regional order filing tailored to German farming standards. Occasionally, these specialized programs fail to launch properly or run with minor glitches on NoTouch terminals. We have to spend extra time adjusting compatibility settings or finding workarounds, which disrupts routine data entry and record-keeping. Second, the customization of user interfaces is quite basic. All locked-down terminals share a uniform, simplified desktop layout. We cannot create personalized interfaces or add quick-access shortcuts for frequently used tools like our CRM, survey platforms and video conferencing software.
