What do you like best about Storyvibe?

The product is extremely intuitive to use and get started with. We had our first video interview live the same day and had candidates answering questions the next day. Overall we have filled almost 30 roles using Storyvibe which has saved us hundreds of hours of time we previously would've spent on the phone screening applicants. What do you dislike about Storyvibe?

It doesn't currently integrate with our ATS, but I've been assured they are working on the integration, so there's really nothing I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Storyvibe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have offices in Los Angeles, Sydney, London and Tel Aviv and are always hiring - typically 10-20 people per month. Before Storyvibe our talent acquisition team would spend hours shortlisting and screening candidates using their resumes and phone/Zoom calls.

Using Storyvibe, we've been able to ditch resumes and screening calls completely -- when someone applies for an open position, they automatically get an email asking them to complete our one-way video interview in Storyvibe. Our recruiters then watch their videos, rate, shortlist and comment on candidates and share their shortlist with the appropriate hiring manager -- all from Storyvibe!
