What do you like best about StoryTap?

StoryTap allowed us to easily create and share hundreds of videos about participation in our events. Their Customer Success Team walked us through a streamlined set-up process and almost instantly we started gathering powerful, shareable video content. The platform was also a great way to quickly and easily develop some engaging video content to use for our FAQ pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoryTap?

Because StoryTap was so easy to use, we quickly gathered more content than we'd anticipated. Our team is small. Thankfully, StoryTap's team was able to help us with reviewing and tagging content and strategizing about ways to use that content. The platform is slick -- there really isn't anything we disliked. What problems is StoryTap solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a nonprofit in the mass participation event space. We have struggled to capture all of the great stories about why people participate in our events and the charities that are benefitted from their participation. StoryTap allowed us to identify and gather many, many more stories than we'd ever collected previously and to begin to share those stories to drive stronger awareness of our events and our charitable mission.
