What do you like best about StoryTap?

Helpful to have a team of people ready to assist when things aren't showing up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoryTap?

Automatic fades between clips. Personally I edit on my own so would like the option on/off Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StoryTap solving and how is that benefiting you?

They save us from having customers call in since our videos are available and transcribed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
