What do you like best about StoryTap?

Super easy setup, team was very prepared. Clear system and process, straightforward onboarding. The team was exceptionally well prepared and we were able to start collecting videos faster than we’d expected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoryTap?

Our customer base wasn't as open to videos as we wanted them to be. They loved watching the videos but didn't want to leave them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StoryTap solving and how is that benefiting you?

We know that our customers are our biggest advocates and we needed a way to cut through the noise. Our customer demo is older and we wanted our customer to see that we were talking to HER and that our customers are real people that you can relate to.

We have thousands of 5 star reviews – but they aren’t personal. We wanted to get beyond that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
