What stands out most to me is how comfortable it makes the whole process for my clients. As a mortgage broker, trust is everything, but getting clients to record video testimonials has always been a challenge.

StoryTap makes the process simple. My clients can record when and where they feel most comfortable, redo their answers if they want, and the guided questions help keep them focused so the feedback stays clear and genuinely useful.
