What do you like best about Storyclash by Kolsquare?

Very strong customer support / Customer Success: quickly accessible, solution-oriented, good support in everyday life.

What do you dislike about Storyclash by Kolsquare?

The UX and usability could be improved overall, as the operation seems unnecessarily complicated and not very intuitive in some places.

The overview of budgets and portfolios in influencer collaborations is not optimal: Especially when working regularly with creators, a clearly structured and comprehensive presentation is missing, for example, regarding portfolios, services, and the current budget status.

The messaging function is also not practical for our purposes. The initial message works, but there are problems with replies or attachments – attachments are not displayed correctly or are missing entirely. Therefore, we ultimately resort to an external mailbox and are not currently using the messaging function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Storyclash by Kolsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Find and evaluate influencers (Research/Discovery): With Storyclash, we can identify and compare suitable creators much faster, instead of having to painstakingly search each platform individually.

Monitoring & Insights: The tool helps us keep an eye on relevant content and developments in the creator environment, and to recognize trends or mentions early on.

More efficient preparation of collaborations: The consolidated information allows us to save valuable time in the research and planning phase and to make decisions based on data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
