What do you dislike about Store Manager for ZenCart?

This platform is for people who are savvy with technology and who are very comfortable not needing phone support. You can only get support through tickets and online help. They need to add a chat line or something where people can request help from like a professional or genius that knows this product well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
