I love how easy and fast Stickybeak is to use. I can work at my own pace, and often I use it after work hours and still have the results ready for me the next day. It's great that I can get insights from any country without needing any complicated setup. The comparison feature between two design directions or territories is awesome. Stickybeak makes it easy to integrate the customer voice into our planning process, something that is usually pushed to the side. The platform's initial setup was a breeze, and the team invests in onboarding, although the platform is easy enough to use solo. I can't think of anything that doesn't work well for me with Stickybeak – it's been great. However, it would be nice to make it even more integrated into our business processes.
