even when it repairs a wide range of formats, some of the popular formats such as MKV is not supported in the software. it takes a lot of time to repair the video file especially while repairing multiple files at the same time. the trial version is very much limited in which you can only watch first 60 seconds of the recovered file and you cant save the repaired file without a paid subscription. the subscription is not cheap but costs $70 which isn't cheap for most of the users.
