I like how Steer Health is easy to work with and that they keep to their commitments, with most requests being turned around in a couple of days. I value all of the services we use and appreciate their quality of work and speed of turnaround. We have not been able to use Steer Health communications the way we would like, as they do not integrate well with our internal systems. We have a vendor that does not play well with Steer Health and will not release the information necessary to have a fully integrated patient communication and scheduling tool.
