What do you like best about Stax?

I really appreciate that Stax is competitive in terms of pricing, which was a key factor for me switching from other more expensive services. The process of taking payments from my clients is very easy, and I even managed to learn it quickly enough from my accountant to handle it on my own. The website and app are very user-friendly, allowing me to log in and find options to take payment, send invoices, and issue refunds myself. This ease of use means my work gets done easily and quickly, and I can ensure nothing is missed since I am doing everything firsthand. The initial setup was also very straightforward, thanks to a call where they walked me through the entire process. Using Stax has made making payments to my W-9 employees very easy, which is fantastic for managing my team of tutors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stax?

There was a chargeback, which was not fair as per my con policy. They tried to help me, but I still don't know the feedback about it. I wish they were a little more communicative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stax solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stax offers competitive pricing and user-friendly features, making client payments easy and allowing me to handle tasks independently. I can process payments, send invoices, and issue refunds efficiently, ensuring no payments are missed. However, I wish their communication was better when handling chargebacks.
