I use Stave OperationsPath to manage operational workflow, and it really improves process visibility. It helps in team organization of operational activities and solving complex operational problems, reducing the difficulty of tracking workflow. I like its centralized view of operations, which makes team collaboration easier. It's also especially useful for identifying gaps and standardizing processes.
