We can set template/layout as per out requirements. It allows us to see only what we want to see in the report/ statement. Mass-edit allows to do change is any number of lien items in one go. E-mail bast helps to send multiple e-mails in one go. There are still not many good things about the design. Team working on it is too satisfied with the overall performance.
