I value the governance and oversight StarCompliance provides for our personal conduct policies. We use personal account dealing, conflicts of interest, and gifts and hospitality the most. These give employees an embedded framework and forms to use when seeking pre-clearance. Good record keeping and clear process flows help ensure employees submit their disclosures. Line manager approval is seamless compared with doing everything by email, and it improves efficiency. I don't think there's really anything that doesn't work well, but I’d find it helpful if end users could make changes to forms and add columns to reports, and if the alerts we need could show.
