What I like best about Starbridge is the specificity of the signals it surfaces. Before Starbridge, I was piecing together research across ChatGPT, Google, ZoomInfo, and school district websites - and I still missed relevant trigger events that Starbridge now surfaces automatically. Now I have those highly relevant signals delivered to me, which makes it much easier to reach out to the right people with the right message at the right time. The biggest challenge for me is the volume of signals and prioritizing which ones to act on. Starbridge surfaces a lot of valuable information, but I’ve found that the urgency and match scoring don’t always align with what I would consider the highest-intent signals. Sometimes a signal marked “Warm” is actually more actionable for me than one marked “Hot,” so I still spend more time than I’d like sifting through the feed. I’d like to see the prioritization and scoring become more precise so the strongest and most actionable signals consistently rise to the top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
