"Strong Data Coverage & Reliable Contact Sourcing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Starbridge?

Is everything an option? Would probably be easier to talk about what I DON'T like. The only product criticism I've ever had was about the inability to aggregate different types of data about an individual buyer (which has since been resolved by the wonderful "account scoring" feature). Everything else from the UI to the data quality to the people themselves has been fantastic! If I had to choose one thing in specific, I'd say the RFP discovery tools. My quest to find the best sourcing tool began and ended with starbridge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Starbridge?

This is mostly user error but the result cap I've encountered in bridge configuration has been something to navigate. Bridges top out at 20k rows, so any broader sweeps are likely going to truncate (meaning you won't be able to see what's on the other side of the wall). Obviously this would be solved by narrower specs while building (on the user's side), but I can certainly see why a broader configuration would be useful. If I were an engineer I'd just set a bounded, opt-in trigger that duplicates any bridge as soon as it hits 20k signals, excludes existing signals, and pulls new results into the duplicate.
