What do you like best about stape.io?

The documents are what got us out of trouble. Installing GTM on the server-side is a big hassle if you’re not a developer, but their youtube guides break it down barney style. When I got stuck on a container config, I also played around with their free AI chat assistant. It gave me the exact code snippet I needed instead of some generic support fluff. Their costless tool to inspect your website is great too. It allows you to verify the proper functioning of the setup prior to going live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about stape.io?

It really is a lot to digest at the beginning. The dashboard is jam-packed with activities, which may seem overwhelming when users first log in. It would be nice to have an interactive onboarding tour for beginners to show where everything is. Furthermore, we encountered a problem over the weekend and discovered that priority live support is restricted to their higher tiers. The basic plan caused us to wait for an email back further delaying us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is stape.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our data was getting wasted because of iOS privacy updates as well as ad-blockers. Our Meta and Google ads were functioning in the dark with half our conversions not showing on Shopify. Moving our tracking to stape-hosted server container alone allows us to circumvent the blocking mechanisms and extend the longevity of our cookies.
