It helps me gather feedback and research information in a more structured way. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. Understanding what people want to learn and what type of information they find useful is important in my work, so having a platform that combines surveys, audience insights, and research activities is very helpful. I like that creating surveys, adding questions, and managing research projects feels organized without being complicated. The survey builder, response collection, audience insights, and reporting features work well together and make it easier to review information from different groups of people. Instead of only collecting responses, I can also understand trends and preferences, which helps when planning future health education content and awareness activities. Another useful part is being able to keep survey data and feedback organized in one place. Features related to audience research, response analysis and reporting help save time and make the feedback process easier to manage. The number of features feels practical without making the platform difficult to use. Getting started was easy, and the setup process did not require much effort. Performance has been smooth while creating surveys, editing questions, reviewing responses, and working with research projects. The existing reporting tools are useful, but having more flexibility would make it easier to review information in different ways. Also, Audience insights and reporting are useful, but I would like a few more options for comparing results across different groups. It is helping me solve the problem of collecting feedback and research information in a more organized way.
