"The Best Tool for Managing and Paying a Remote Team"

What do you like best about StaffVertex?

As an HR and Payroll Manager overseeing a fully remote team, StaffVertex has become an essential part of my daily operations. What I like most is that it brings everything together in one place: time tracking, attendance, task monitoring, project management, and reporting. The multi-screenshot feature with timestamped entries gives me clear, objective visibility into how the team is working throughout the day, which is critical when managing remote staff.

The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, so there is very little learning curve. Most importantly, the payroll calculation feature is a standout. It pulls in all the monthly data automatically and generates accurate reports, which saves significant time and eliminates manual errors. What do you dislike about StaffVertex?

Honestly, I have not come across anything significant to dislike. Every feature we have used has delivered exactly what was promised. The platform continues to improve and the experience has been consistently positive throughout our time using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StaffVertex solving and how is that benefiting you?

StaffVertex solved my three biggest remote team challenges: accountability, productivity visibility, and payroll accuracy. Automated screenshots and timestamped activity logs replaced unreliable self-reporting, giving us real-time visibility into team performance. Payroll that previously required manual data compilation from multiple sources is now handled automatically with accurate monthly reports.
