## Stackby Reviews
  ### 1. Flexible Workflow Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishi S. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I use Stackby to manage workflows that need both structure and flexibility. It helps me track product tasks, integrations, and checklists in one place. I like how it combines spreadsheet simplicity with database-like features, making it easy to stay organized and collaborate. What I like most about Stackby is its flexibility. It works like a spreadsheet but with database-level capabilities. The ability to create different views and customize workflows makes it very easy to manage complex product and ops use cases. These features help me adapt the same data for different use cases - for example, I can view tasks in a grid for tracking, Kanban for progress, and calendar for timelines. Custom workflows let me structure PRDs, integrations, and ops trackers as per my needs, which reduces manual effort and improves team visibility. It was really easy and smooth, no hassle there. Folks were there to support and ensure setup is easy. Along with Slack and Google Sheets, Slack helps with team communication, while Stackby acts as the central tracker, reducing dependency on multiple sheets and manual updates.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Sometimes performance slows down when working with large datasets or multiple views. Also, the UI can feel slightly cluttered for new users. Collaboration features can be improved further, around real-time updates and notifications.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Stackby to manage workflows that need structure and flexibility, streamlining tasks, integrations, and checklists. It solves the issue of scattered data across multiple tools, providing a single place for visibility and coordination, reducing manual follow-ups.

  ### 2. Unreliable Platform Undermines No-Code Potential

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kseniia L. | HR, Food Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I like the idea of a no-code database platform that allows users to build and customize their own workflows without needing technical knowledge. The concept is strong and has a lot of potential for streamlining operations.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Since the beginning, I experienced many glitches and stability issues. Formulas often did not work correctly, data disappeared unexpectedly, and core features like filtering and sorting stopped working multiple times. These issues made the platform unreliable for daily operations

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I initially believed Stackby would help organize and streamline our data and workflows. However, instead of solving problems, the ongoing glitches and system failures created significant disruptions for our business. The platform did not provide the reliability we needed to support our daily operations.

I have the personal and professional plan. I have taken my business to the next level.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

The product is great and is on the right track. The only problem I see is that they need to tighten up some minor programming errors. It is a real alternative to AIRTABLE

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excell is limited. Airtable has a high price and other options are not in Spanish.

  ### 5. Slow load times

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Limited Automation Compared to Big Players Tools like Airtable or Notion have more integrations with Zapier, Make, or native automations the software has some automation, but it’s still catching up in that department

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In other way It combines spreadsheets, databases, project tracking, and API integrations in a single place So instead of switching between Excel, Trello, CRM software, and reporting dashboards, you can do it all in the software and Makes data easier to access and update in one place

  ### 6. Excellent AirTable clone...with even more!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher P. N. M. | Author, Ghostwriter and Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

As someone who has used AirTable and SmartSuite, I found Stackby to have just about everything those two services had and more--for a better price. Getting started was as easy as connecting AirTable and bringing all my tables over. Then I just had to clean a few things up and I was ready to go. When I had a support issue, I heard back with a solution within about 12 hours. Not bad!

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Stackby doesn't have quite as modern of an interface as SmartSuite, but it makes up for that with an abundance of features at a lower price--especially for guests (they're free!).

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hate having all my business assets in a bunch of different platforms. This allows me to pull my spreadsheets, business image and copy assets together, and more. Simplicity for the win!

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

We started using Stackby over a year ago to power our large monthly magazine. We had some initial features that were different and we worked with the team to understand them — they were great. They also went the extra mile and programmed some new features for everyone that made it a perfect fit for our needs. Support is stellar. When we need anything it's solved quickly. It's been one of the best purchases we've made for our business.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Nothing, really. We had some initial hiccups that they went above and beyond to fix.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We keep every issue of our magazine in Stackby and use it to coordinate our entire team of writers, production coordinators, editors, and advertisers. The team knows where very article stands, and it powers getting it published every month in 22 places worldwide. We use Zapier to move data and keep track of notifications and it works great.

Great customer service, Airtable told us just to look at their resources; where as Stackby set up 1-1 personal virtual meeting
Many more features compared to Airtable, Google sheets
Some features are not as well developed as Airtable but they are constantly improving.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Their button feature manipulates the links but is working on fixing it.
The forms feel slightly different and glitchy from Airtable or Google, but they work.
While no platform is flawless, they are constantly improving.

Managing resource database.
Beautiful display.
Various form creations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

It allows one to quickly get up and running with over 300 templates. The interface well organized and integration are extensive. Besides Zapier, they use Pabbly and Make thus on my end it was easy to find a way to connect to all the apps I use in my business. Finally, I have several businss ideas that I am working on and now I can organize and get a bird's eye view of them. Highly recommened!

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

I have yet to encounter any issues. Plus the team at Stackby is super responsive, thus I feel comfortable that they are on top of things.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a database thus I can consolidate how I view data from different platforms in an easy to use and productive way.

  ### 20. Stackby - Great "Datasheet" solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

Stackby offers a great “datasheet” spreadsheet/database solution, especially for those looking for a more economical solution to their competitors like Airtable, Clickup, and Monday. The video and documentation are adequate for average users. For more complex solutions they have a community and will also schedule a one on one “demo” meeting. These guys have a great product and are working hard to add additional functionality and earn customer support. If you’re in the market it’s worth your time to give them a try.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

The templates can be a little lacking for more complex solutions. For example, they have a bulk invoice solution on a separate template from their inventory management template. The inventory management solution has a purchasing and invoicing solution buy very simple, and not a bulk solution. The functionality can be combined, but it would be great if they would build a more robust template as a starting point.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been looking for a no-code database solution to manage inventory. Stackby offers that solution at an attractive price point.

  ### 21. Great platform for those looking to manage resource

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Not found any issues yet, other than the pricing can be a little expenisve.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing resource for my internal team.

  ### 22. Very Useful Apps for Database & Forms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I was searching for another alternative and found this and turns amazing experiece. Not so many apps with simple database, easy to learn and has form builder.

A plus point, their team is very fast in response my question.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

If i must to write, its sometime they still have error while i make an input. But it's not often, and with their response i believe they will handle this very quickly.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting data for interviewee and manage progress for whole recruitment process

  ### 23. Stackby: A comprehensive database management solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi S. | Cloud Manager at DHRUTIK INFOTECH PVT. LTD., Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I was very happy to use Stackby, even as beginner it is fairly easy to use as it there is no
need for coding or training. Using this platform my organization was able to able to add
checklists, reminders etc. I was happy with 200+ templates Stackby provided that too across various topics sales, product, Marketing, video production, etc. I haven’t gotten to the best thing I like about the platform, which is the fact that it supports various types of data such as text, number, dates, and attachments, due to which my work was done efficiently. It was easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

I was not impressed with the interface of the platform it is not smooth at all. On one side we see that Stackby integrates with third-party platforms but while using it I found that the number of platforms is limited. I did experience a smooth experience when I was using features like analytics & reporting, also they should work on optimizing the platform for mobile users especially for iOS. Another feature that did not impress me is the text generation. The customer support was also a bit slow and lagged slightly.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackby is an amazing database management platform for small to middle enterprises. With the help of Stackby one can easily create multiple databases to manage editorial calendars, track contents ideas, assign tasks to team members and monitor content performance. Stackby also provides collaboration with third-party platforms, with an amazing feature fortheir users which allows them to save their time and efforts. The platform needs to work on some features such as improving the interface and customer service.

The working or the processing is sometimes effected due to complex document processing or importing in it. Lags are also experienced, larger number of datasets are when loaded in this at same time. I think there is requirement for upgrade in the OS of Stackby.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackby software helpful and easy document creating and spreadsheet preparation for all our projects has helped us a lot to manage our work properly on daily basis. **Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I am currently reviewing different apps to kick start my sole trader business. Among all the apps I have used, Stackby is one of the most intuitive ones for starters.

Furthermore, it's built-in integrations hold so much more potential to be more than just another cloud spreadsheet database and yet it is still adding new features.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

I'd like to see more plans or add-on options to allow small startups and beginners like myself to slowly expand and grow my database with my business.

Also it will be good if data among different stacks can be accessed and shared for more flexible data management.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have developed a lot of VBA based Excel sheets but I needed something more flexible that can be accessed everywhere, making changes without a computer, and sharing information with clients or coworkers who have very limited programming or Excel knowledge.

  ### 31. AWESOME Flexibility, Customizable, Filterable, and Stackby's Customer Care Rocks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

In addition to the responsiveness, professionalism, and speed of their customer care, my team and I are enamored by the flexibility of Stackby. We have various stakeholders that need different permissions and views. The ability to have one central database/portal - from input to multiple views, to project management and task tracking, and team communication, to private vs. public, to protected vs. editable, is exactly what we've been needing for 20+ years! We used to use one google spreadsheet per client, plus a basecamp project, plus Slack, plus our CRM notifications/tasks and calendar, AND other project management tools. Now we ONLY use Stackby for all those activities! Wow!

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Let me answer this by first saying – that the customer care team is attentive, and tech support is fast, which is huge! But we know this because we've had to contact tech support. At the time of this review, Stackby is still a start-up in growth mode. Eventually, because of the management team's responsiveness and commitment, I believe we will interact less and less with tech support.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- One portal to do what previously took us 5+ apps to do
- Ease of communication with internal team and external stakeholders
- Program management dashboard across hundreds of client projects in various phases of fulfillment
- Hand-offs: We have different work teams for the various phases of our project. Being able to "change a status" and have the next team or employee instantly KNOW it's their turn saves hundreds of communication hours for us
- Centralization: The ability to have an online survey/application, that feeds into our workflow management tool saves countless hours of duplicate entries across various portals and reduces human error
- API - connecting the API to our other portals for data transfer and to reduce redundant manual processes

  ### 32. Promissing SW.....

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

It's very easy to use. What's the best part of Stackby is API. You can pull out any details from other integrations and have a nice data table automatically filled in. They support a lot of types for data entry which is very handy as you might have a lot of different use cases. Especially when you pull out data from different entries.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Missing videos, onboarding or any related LMS feature that could help us to better understand how we can actually pull out data from sources via API. It has a learning curve and at the first try it took me almost a week to set up a basic table where I could inject data from Google Analytics.

**Recommendations to others considering Stackby:**

More updates and more native integrations please.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our team works with Excell or Google Sheets. This is very handy as we can create a data table that can be shared across our team in different departments. If they add more native integrations or at least via API or webhook that would be realy useful. The problem is when I was checking their last update it's been almost a year....

  ### 34. Promising AirTable Alternative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler J. | Shared Services Liaison, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I like the ease of use, the great customer support, and the affordability. The permissions are flexible, being able to link rows, share specific views instead of only an entire workspace, stack, or table gives really great granularity of permissions. I also really like that you can create tasks and reminders within an individual row (think Project Management). This is a feature AirTable doesn't even have.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

As a new product my dislikes are more of an aspirational wish list. Currently, the software can't import and match records only append, the user interface has lots of room for improvement, and it doesn't have the ability to view graphs or dashboards like AirTable. It also has issue when embedding into external sites. However, I recognize all of this may come as the developers continue to build out the software. So while this hasn't been able to completely replace AirTable for me just yet, it is on it's way.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Stackby as one of our main databases for keeping track of projects, community investments, housing, and policy/reports. It saves us a lot of time with the search, filter, and saved views functionalities.

  ### 35. Much more than just a google or excel sheet - A well-organized database for managing my Business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarunabh D. | Film Direction and Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

Among my much-loved functions is that I have the alternative to pick from numerous alternatives and also appoint features to every column, and then duplicate, swap, export to another stack/base and so forth. The opportunities are practically limitless, and also I see huge capacity in this software!
Another feature I like, and also am mosting likely to make use of a great deal in the future, is the types - that can be made use of to gather data from target audience/clients and can also be shared as an independent URLs, with it's own touchdown page as well as reroute features, besides embedding in links and internet sites. Any type of component of Stackby can be integrated with my internet site by embedding, which is actually awesome. Besides Zapier, Stackby has integrations with a great deal of software and applications, consisting of automation with 'Integrately', that I personally have.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Stackby does have a steep knowing contour, when it concerns a rookie like me. As soon as I am able to comprehend all the essential features, this will be a very useful addition to my collection!
Barely much to grumble or complain about!

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During my first dry run of the software, I was a little anxious, seeing many varied functions and functions. However the client support is fabulous, led by the CEO Rachit himself. Rachit makes it an indicate reach out directly to his clients as well as assist relieve the process of making use of Stackby. Stackby's Help section and Tutorial Videos as well as documentations are comprehensive as well as very intricate. That's a critical aspect, besides the quality of the software application, that aided me pick and also determine Stackby for all my future use instances.

  ### 36. If you need a database anddont have any experience, this is your solution.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tito D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

What I love most is the database of templates databases.
I still have a lot to learn to use it to the fullest, but it is solving so many of my data organization problems, Stackby will give you a ton of your time back.
Google sheets are great but fall short when you want to integrate data from 3rd parties. With Stackby, I can have prospects in a spreadsheet and update their data based on 3rd party api's without any programming skills; it's like magic.

The ability to. create ad hoc solutions for my company is the reason why I chose it

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

I still need to do a lot of work to really know the tool, but so far, I don't have any complaints.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to manage the doctors for the ozone convention, and I was able to put together a simple CRM to manage them.
It was very intuitive and saved me a lot of time / work

  ### 37. Stackby is a serious competitor with an awesome product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis P. | Head Of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

It was familiar and easy to jump into. The support has been great when I needed extra help; they gave it! Really above and beyond. This team cares about the customer and the product and I appreciate that as someone who buys hundreds of pieces of software a year. If you take a chance, you won't be sorry. I believe they are going to be around for the long haul, and I have already used the service to build an incredible database for one of my businesses and used it to drive my mobile application. The documentation is good, the product is good, the team is good, what else can we ask for! All in all, this is a great product and one of my best purchases.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

It is still growing; this is not a dislike because I didn't expect it to come out of the box as completely equipped as the big competitor. That being said, they are well on their way to matching and exceeding features.

**Recommendations to others considering Stackby:**

Don't hesitate, try it out & when you love it, pay them for the deal it's worth it!

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing data, no code building

  ### 38. There is StackBy for all endless solutions

1. There are endless possibilities here.
2. Flexible spreadsheet style databases.
3. Great Customer Support.
4. Templates database.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

There is nothing to dislike as from my point of view. It is upto you how you use it , for many people it is so easy and for many it seems complex. This is still growing.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Its template database
2. For organizing my database
3. Automatic API pulls .
4. In marketing

  ### 39. Mind blowing colloboration tool at less price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SANJAY K. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

Easy signup with the single sign-on option with Google, and option to experience the platform using the trial version and cheap to upgrade workspace. The Guide video after login was really helpful to explore the platform. A huge amount of templates are available to explore more out of it. There is multiple Integration option like page speed, hunter this is great for all the type of collaboration. Kanban board feature is more useful.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

The UI is basic, would like to have a dark theme as more time spends on team collaboration. The chatbot is useless, it's predefined, and don't want to see it on every window. Need more features in the community forum. Forms option is not working as expected

**Recommendations to others considering Stackby:**

It's the best when comparing other project management tools in the market and less expensive too.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a Kanban board for organizing events and roadmap. Collaboration with the team. Pull the data from the different source and analysis as a team and do project management

  ### 40. A much more visual solution to spreadsheets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I love the way Stackby is presented - very visual, using a color-coded tagging system to categorize. It has easy-to-use drop downs that you can customize. These are way more user-friendly to use tha excel or Google Sheets. I really like the way so much of the stack is visible on the screen even with small laptops. I also really like how you can embed documents within the stacks and have ready-to-use and adaptable templates. Another great feature is the ability to connect to software like Zapier or Pabbly so that form submissions can be automatically sent to your Stackby CRM, then other actions taken from there - i.e. notifications sent to team via Slack etc.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

I don't dislike anything really. The software can be as straightforward or as complex as you wish it to be. I've loads still to learn; however, the founder Rachit is very responsive in the support group.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackby is an easy to use spreadsheet solution that works as a visual CRM and a place to run several automations from. Benefits include enjoying working within Stackby because of its colorful and clean UI rather than dreading using Google Sheets.

  ### 41. Useful database software that keeps getting better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah N. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I like how easy it is to use it in a basic manner and once you learn how to use it, it's incredibly versatile. The software works quite quickly and smoothly. It has a lot of integrations that I've found work well.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

The visual look of pages where you open your stacks seems quite basic before entering the software itself. There are a few issues that make it less easy UI wise, such as when choosing a date, the button to go to the next page moves around a bit when clicking the next month.

**Recommendations to others considering Stackby:**

I've used other software like this and find this one really complete and useful overall.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it to hold a database for advertising providers and where we are up to with their adverts. It's been the best tool for this after using multiple tools as it holds the info without needing it in one row only, and also keeps the info linked.

  ### 42. Airtable Killer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aliakbar F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

Stackby is a cost-effective and very powerful online Spreadsheet, With powerful API connections and automation, its the most used tool for our business. We use it for managing projects, tracking SEOs of websites, Video production management and financial database. Its 10 times cost effective than another popular tool. Stackby can be used in several businesses and multiple purposes

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

They can add more case studies and more templates for more business fields.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management, content writers management, forms and lite crm from our website. It helps in managing our content writers and their content upload, financial calculations and lot more via APIS

  ### 43. Great Tool for analysing YouTube Channels & Videos and so much more

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian S. | head of digital, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I really like the way, how Stackby connects to API. I use this in one instance for comparing different youTube Channels in the amount of reach and subscriptions they have, or in another instance to compare the stats of lots of YouTube Videos against each other. Another function I like is the Form Feature. I created a Form that I distributed to experts and their answers filled a sheet, which I could use to aggregate data and derive answers.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

As an european user, GDPR ist very important for my work. I dislike the shortness of stackbys GDPR page, since other vendors provide more information on how the service can be used in a compliant way.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

See above. One benefit is that the API data collection is much quicker and also cheaper than manual data entry.

  ### 44. Easy and flexible

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** R E. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

Using stackby as a simple yet powerfull CMS wich is fully flexible to my needs, ease of use, simple to setup & learn, fast import of google sheets.and having all relevant data in one tool exactly as i want/need. swiching to different views (list, agenda/kabanboard) as needed.

also the webclipper is a timesaver, simply getting info from email/websites quickly into stackby without swiching

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Sometimes adding a field with copy past does not take directly (due slow internet) but this is easy fixed

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Custom CMS. Data Lists, todolist

  ### 45. Stackby is a data powerhouse

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick T. | Entrepreneur, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

The Stackby App is an excellent tool for organizing data and creating custom relational databases that are simple to share and maintain.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

The only thing I would add is more integrations with other platforms.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackby is great to have for projects that have a lot of data that you need to keep organized.

  ### 46. Value for money, no frills Airtable competitor that's well worth investigating.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim P. | Establishment Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

It covers all the basics for an online relational database well at a fraction of the price of Airtable. It's got a straightforward UI (very similar to Airtable). Getting data in and out is simple. Great value for money, especially on a lifetime deal.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

The integrations can be patchy, especially when you stray off the beaten path away from market leaders like Zapier or Mailchimp to more unusual vendors. There are a few unexpected behaviours and you have to be careful with data typing.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for simple relational databases for small teams. It's saved lots of money compared with Airtable when you don't need that level of detail.

  ### 47. Robust and Flexible Database System

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James H. | Principal, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

I like the ability to create any type of database that I want with functionality that is different than spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

My biggest dislike is the number of native integrations, even though I expect them to add more down the line.

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilizing Stackby to keep track of client information and for managing online video and audio production. Stackby is helping us put structure to these processes.

  ### 48. Stackby - Great Spreadsheet database

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad T. | First Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

The ease of use. I can use a spreadsheet as a database. I can do formula calculations on my data before I use it.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Paid upgrades that should be part of the main product like export to excel.

**Recommendations to others considering Stackby:**

Try it out and see if it will work for your purposes

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am managing data for several projects.

  ### 49. Very flexible software that is able to replace wide range of other services and applications.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonin H. | System administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

Stackby allows to create wide range of database-type applications (it is in fact related database), share these databases with other users and even collect data from anonymous users using web forms or publish data from your database on any website using iframe. It is very easy to use and very reliable - I use it for more than year now and I had not any problems so far. The website have good help section, so even users that are not strong with spreadsheets or databases are able to get the guidance. Also the support is very responsive and responds fast and properly.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

I don't really dislike anything, but in some areas I would love to see deeper functionality (for example web forms can send notification e-mails, but only to the form owner - you cannot change it so the e-mails are sent to someone else, which really hinders multi-user usage).

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I see as the main benefit the fact that with Stackby you can create very powerful database systems completely without programming or need to hire anyone, and they are instantly ready for multiuser usage. But if you are not power user and just want safe online spreadsheet replacement, it does the job perfectly too. So it is very universal tool with wide array of usage and it is just up to you how you utilize it, but it is powerful enough to replace applications like Microsoft Access or FileMaker Pro already.

  ### 50. Spreadsheet killer + visual database with advanced features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karim S. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Stackby?**

Stackby brings together all our data in a single place - via forms, webhooks, and the native API integrations.
Once the data is added, we could then visualize & share different views and organize everything effectively for our team and our clients.
Adding (Checklists & Reminders) to everything was a great feature that significantly impacted the process and helped to get things done faster than ever.

**What do you dislike about Stackby?**

Color options need more improvements.
There is no desktop app

**What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For digital agencies, it is the perfect solution for all types of projects: content, development, design and more.
It's the best productivity, organization and resource workspace
