"Stackbridge Feels Like Magic for Capturing and Retaining Incident Knowledge"

What do you like best about Stackbridge?

The simplicity of capturing knowledge, along with the automatic analysis and summarization of our most common incidents, is impressive. Everything is gathered right from a Slack thread or a Teams chat, and it honestly feels like magic. Since we started using Stackbridge, we resolve incidents 10x faster, and we don’t lose institutional knowledge anymore.

Even when someone leaves the company, the knowledge is still retained thanks to automated offboarding interviews. The UI is fresh, simple, and intuitive. The fact that we don’t lose knowledge when someone leaves also reduces the cost of training new employees. The price is peanuts compared to the time we save with this tool. Onboarding was straightforward as well, and an engineer got us up to speed in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackbridge?

The only thing I dislike, is that I cannot connect it to Gitlab yet but it's. feature they are working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stackbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we started using Stackbridge during on-call, we’ve been resolving issues about 10x faster. There’s no more spending hours digging through outdated Confluence pages or documentation buried in some Git repo. Now we can just paste the error, and Stackbridge matches it to the closest previous incident and helps us mitigate the issue quickly. With automated runbooks and post-mortem documents, it’s also easy to report back to the team at 3AM without any extra hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
