"Makes life so easy - signals to sent videos in 90 seconds"

5/5

What do you like best about Stack BD?

Everything actually talks to everything. Our signal sources feed straight in, the connection requests go out off the back of that, and when someone accepts, Claude has already got the full context on them. Not just first name and company. It knows what they posted last week and who they just hired, so the script it writes in 30 seconds sounds like I did the research myself.

Then it hands that script to the teleprompter, I record once, and it sends. If they don't reply they drop into the nurture sequence automatically and everything logs back to HubSpot without me touching it. Signal to sent video is about 90 seconds. Used to be an hour. What do you dislike about Stack BD?

Not much, really. It does need you to show up and record, so if I have a busy week the queue builds up a bit. That's more a reflection on me than the tool, and the 90 seconds it takes is hardly a big ask. Setup took a little thinking to get our own signal sources wired in the way we wanted, though support was good about it. The only thing on my wishlist is slightly richer reporting on which signal types convert best. I can pull it from HubSpot easily enough, I'd just like it in one view. What problems is Stack BD solving and how is that benefiting you?

Two things. Knowing who's actually worth contacting, and getting to them before anyone else does. We used to send a lot of email into the void and hope. Now the signals tell us who's in market, the connection request goes out, and once they accept we're on video in front of them within a couple of days.

The benefit is mostly time and results. Research, script and record used to be the best part of an hour per prospect. It's about 90 seconds now, and roughly one in ten of the videos turn into meetings. So we're sending far less and booking far more, which makes the whole thing a lot easier to keep doing.
