We lacked visibility into our deals which prevented effective coaching from our managers to our reps. Now with Squivr, it is obvious if a rep is considering the entire buying committee and where we stand wrt each person. Similarly, we lacked the "big picture" for our accounts - with the economy today we have prioritized our efforts to cross-sell into existing accounts.
