I love Squid because it identifies users without them having to fill out a form, which is a major friction point in marketing. This feature allows me to get valuable visibility into who the users are and what they're doing on my site and apps without asking them to give up their information. I found it really powerful to see who was coming to my website, and it often differed from whom I expected. Additionally, I appreciate how I can see the frequency of users returning to the site, which has been great. Setting up Squid was ridiculously easy, requiring just one line of JavaScript. I feel like there are certain features that give me information that work really well for me. And then there are things on the screen that I don't really need, such as page performance. There are much better things that I can do than look at that. Same with the heat map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
