What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks?

Square9 also has many more training opportunities as part of your subscription including Square9 University and live training sessions for both administrators and general users of the system. They have also increased regular communications and tech newsletters showcasing new features and opportunities to expand the system and of course, the free training sessions. I work with a few other larger software companies and their training is often NOT included - so that's a bonus for Square9 users for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Square 9 Softworks?

Although their tech support is among the best I've ever experienced, recently, I've found their response times are a little slower and it can take a couple of days for a response depending on the issue. I attribute this to the growth of the platform that is always including new features which of course, means more things to support. That said, they are certainly keeping up with new tech which I consider critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Square 9 Softworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Square 9 software has helped us go paperless in at least 1 department (formerly our largest paper file department) so far. We've also been able to streamline document digitization, data extraction and reporting. All of these things save time and valuable resources and improve access to information and reporting.
