"A great way to identify network issues fast"

What do you like best about SQream?

We tested SQream as a telecommunications network analysis solution, and found it to be very cost-effective and highly efficient. This solution helped us investigate the cause for symptoms we noticed occurring in the network, by turning the enormous amount of data we needed to use as the raw material into actionable insights, and it did so much faster than anything we've tried before. What do you dislike about SQream?

Due to our specific unit's lack of SQL knowledge, SQream had to build a uniquely tailored visual UI. However, it had limited support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SQream solving and how is that benefiting you?

SQream's platform allows our engineering team to identify network issues quickly and efficiently, so we can both get alerted much faster if something is wrong, and we get the insights we need in order to rectify the situation really fast, so we can fix what need to be fixed before the situation escalates. For example, at one point we identified the source of a high call drop rate and using SQream's solution we were able to discover the root cause by having it analyze the network data and coming up with the relevant insights. After realizing the cause and making the needed changes, we immediately saw a 90% reduction in the number of dropped calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
