I was a little dubious about this software as I had never stumbled on it and I had been looking for a solution like this for sometime, I stumbled on this software via a software review website, can't remember which but very glad i did. I no longer have to take the time to remember or even do my SQL Backups anymore, it just does it and also emails me on completion on completion. On top of all that it's never failed to back up or given a failed report with any type of issue, it has freed up more time for me with the piece of mind that I'll know it's been done. What more could you ask for and the price is more than expectable for the piece of mind and if the worst should have you have day's and day's of backups to fall back on, fantastic. I highly recommend it for your backup and recovery strategy **What do you dislike about SQLBackupAndFTP?** I honestly can't find fault with this tool. One thing I'd like it to do would be the ability to set up a replication between two database servers and at that point it would be an unbeatable tool in my opinion. **What problems is SQLBackupAndFTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I no longer have to worry about data loss, I've been sleeping soundly for years: every morning I receive an email that the backup was successful on the servers and the day starts well ### 8. I can see all the renewals I have coming up and what clients they belong to. I can backup my SQL databases and other folders as well. The email notices for completion, failure or PC down are invaluable for ensuring ongoing confidence in the backups. **What do you dislike about SQLBackupAndFTP?** Nuthin'. Having said that this answer required more characters so this is them. **What problems is SQLBackupAndFTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can see that our clients data is backed up successfully. We can see if/when a backup fails and why. We can see if a backup PC is not online. We can then pro-actively contact our clients and ensure the problem is resolved. The reporting is simple to read and accurate **What do you dislike about SQLBackupAndFTP?** As long as you are restoring the database back to its original location it's great. However, if you want to restore to a database that is not the original, the process is lacking a clear and concise indication that this is about to take place. In other words, it does not allow you to select from a pull-down choice of other databases to restore to, such a demo database **What problems is SQLBackupAndFTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backing up my client's databases has never been easier. We now choose the paid version so that we get emails sent to us confirming that the backups are indeed working ### 10.
