I use Spryker Cloud Commerce OS to manage our online marketplace, which improves the customer shopping experience. It helps us build B2B commerce solutions for huge enterprise clients. I think it's highly configurable and can be used for any kind of cart, payment system, and it has a multi-cart feature. These features help us build a very flexible commerce platform for any enterprise customer. I think Spryker Cloud Commerce OS is quite complex to build on and it takes a little time. There is room for improvement in configuration. Also, it currently uses PHP, and I feel it could benefit from multi-language support. This would help different support and development teams handle projects without being limited to one language. Many of my team members were from a Java background, so I had to hire different people with PHP expertise, which was time-consuming and not very convenient when there are limited resources.
