The most helpful with using Sprout is the real time solution when filing and approving the filings. It reflects the changes real time when you approve payroll adjustments. There is another thing that I like the most is with the resolution center, it shows you what is missing or what is the problem why the member had a dispute with their attendance or payroll. Recommendations to others considering Sprout Solutions: The advise that I can give out to those who are looking at Sprout Resolutions HR is that this will help you streamline your Human Resources payroll system. It is a great system with a great platform. You can run reports that will help you analyze attendance, tardiness and overtimes. You can manage your people easily with this software. What problems is Sprout Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you? Sprout Solutions have impacted my work with providing real time updates with my teams attendance. We are able to check, worked on and fix all the disputes before the deadline comes up.
