The rich feature set is unbeatable for the price. Our non-profit, the Indian Wells Preservation Foundation, quickly established our website at a very reasonable cost. The ability to provide online membership and payment processing, online event registration, and eventually an online store make this a robust platform that's very easy to use. The website templates are limited in their ability to customize them, although they work well for their intended purpose. Also, I would like to see the ability to add multiple names/email addresses for a single household membership. Current memberships are limited to one individual.
