All the mantors are really supprotive to clear each and every question. Videos are clear with crispy contents and assignments. i would like to recomment to everyone who is looking for support and knowledge in financials. **What do you dislike about Spring?** Nothing much is there that is dislike about Spring , the interface can have spending charts as well. **What problems is Spring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learning about Financial wellness that we can use the knowledge further to grow in life ### 2. My coach was relateable and listened to my needs and gave me advice catered to me. I immediately scheduled a follow-up. It was very easy to schedule and they had many appointments available on any day of the week and time. **What do you dislike about Spring?** I didn't love that I had to enter personal information on the website to make an account (adding at least one financial account). In this day and age, I prefer to keep the specific account details private. I understand the automated updating of the balances supports the online features of the service but I would have liked the option to only input this manually and share verbally with my coach instead. **What problems is Spring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowing how to save for retirement. Student debt. Credit card debt strategy. Long term investment strategy. ### 4. My coaching session was tailored to my needs with a follow-up appointment and "homework" that was reasonable. **What do you dislike about Spring?** Nothing really! I just avoid giving 10/10 early on without knowing the full picture of what they can offer as well as not knowing what else is out there. Overall, solid! **What problems is Spring solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am averse to dealing with my finances and I often find it a headache, both in the amount of time needed to understand it and how confusing things can be. Spring made it simple, straightforward, and painless. ### 5. No ability to make budget graphs, to analyze monthly spending, etc. Needs more tools. **What problems is Spring solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the problem of not being conscious of your money for me. I have never used any app to track finances, so this app incentivizes me to save more and for funds to grow. ### 6. I scheduled a time to talk through my next steps as my wife and I look to buy a home and I came away from our conversation feeling prepared. **What do you dislike about Spring?** While there are a decent amount of videos to improve financial literacy and understanding, I'd like more up-to-date options as the economy changes to continue my learning. **What problems is Spring solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't always know where to start for my finances so Spring is a friendly platform to build my knowledge and make smart financial decisions. As I continue to grow professionally, I am confident Spring will be able to help me every step of the way when it comes to managing my finances. **What do you dislike about Spring?** The Spring platform has great videos on the foundation of personal finance but would love to see more in regards to smart investment opportunities. **What problems is Spring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spring was able to answer a number of questions I had that pertained to my 401k and the benefits of contributing to my 401k vs. another investment account. I was able to use the insights provided during the call to create a more efficient method of saving money for emergencies and travel as well. Overall, I am more comfortable with my money for the future! ### 8. The Spring coach quickly got from me the information on what I was looking to get out of our session, and then tailored the session to meet my needs.
