The interface and UI is clean and easy to use - I'm a big fan of the fact that I can break up any perceived monotony of bi-weekly retrospectives by using different templates to approach a retrospective in a different format.

Ludi's Customer Support is incredible - the 3 or 4 times I've had to contact support due to the ways I wanted to use the system I've had a response from one of the co-founders Jamie a lot faster than I'd expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
