What do you like best about Spreadsheet Server by insightsoftware?

The customer service is one of the best I've ever experience. We receive an answer very quickly and can get a session with support almost immediately. As we had GL Wand in the past, we were accustomed to the way Spreadsheet Server works. It is easy to use and required minimal time for implementation. We use it on a weekly basis for reconciliations and on a monthly basis for financial reporting. While we miss GL Wand, we have adjusted and are using Spreadsheet Server with more ease. What do you dislike about Spreadsheet Server by insightsoftware?

We used to have GL Wand, a client-based service, but when we moved to cloud-based, we experienced delays. However, we adapted and have become accustomed to the delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spreadsheet Server by insightsoftware solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it on a monthly basis for financial reporting. If we did not have Spreadsheet Server, we would need to do some major manual work.
